I don't fully understand your question, but if you mean can you get partnership with any kind of material you do not own, the answer (in short) is no. Especially music videos. But if you remove them, you will have to get your views back in order to get partnered because you may find all of your views came from the copyrighted stuff.

You can monetize original content. You cannot monetize copyrighted content without permission of copyright owner.

You have to have access to Content ID, which Fullscreen will do for you if they contacted you about it? You can apply for Content ID here: youtube.com/content_id_signup
