The short answer: No...

I find it highly unlikely that YouTube will ever be pushed from the #1 video spot. They have the infrastructure all laid out. And most importantly: they have the backing. Google... They are here to stay!

As long as Google dominates the internet, no. YouTube will be around for a very long time because they can provide much more funding than other websites can.
