Will adsense get me a banner?

Here's the thing, I want to get that nice fancy banner up there on the top, but I'm not sure if creating a google adsense account will get me one, I already am enabled for monetizing, so basically if I make an adsense account will that give me a banner?

You have to be partnered with someone before you can get the banner.

no.. to b able to have the banner without beieng in a network it will take u lot of time.. ull need to get lots of views and lots of subs.. so basically it gonna take time.. but if u got decent views or/and subs. apply for a network and if u get accept it. ull have all of those features..

No you need to be partnered through a network to get that

I think they'll let non networks have them eventually. Especially if you have a ton of subs, vids. But right now nope.
