Will a non-native english speaker always be annoying to listen to?

As long as you sound exciting and confident you'll make 15 year old girls wet cuz they all love foreign accents lol

Edit: As long as you sound exciting and confident people will find your accent appealing.
Nah! They think my accent is funny :p hahaha

If you speak it a lot you eventually develop an accent, I've had friends from Poland and Portugal and since they came over here you can't even tell English isn't their primary language :)

As a stinky Italian, I'd say that a bit of accent can be there, to define a bit more the character. But do not exagerate, or you will make a fool out of yourself

So I just took a look at your videos and left some comments. I have a few minor suggestions.

1. Adjust the volume slightly. I want to hear you not the game. If the game has subtitles, turn those on or summarize what is happening. If I want to hear the game I can play it myself. Your selling your commentary.
2. I want see what you look like. it will allow the viewer to make a connection with you. People should feel like their sitting down with a friend to play a game.
3. At the end of the video consider adding some call to actions "If you enjoyed this please subscribe" "For more Let's Plays be sure to like and subscribe" "What game should I play next?"
4. Throw in some annotation buttons. (Subscribe) (Watch Humvee Assault)

Your content is good so consider making some minor adjustments to make it more accessible to your audience.

As for your accent, it makes you unique. Keep talking and as your pronunciation improves so will your fan base. Don't try and hide it though, because you don't want to be fake. Spice it up with some voices, sarcasm and catchy phrases and you'll do great.

I subscribed because I want to see what you come out with next. For an examples of annotations, outros and call to actions check out my channel. Enjoy!

I'm not a native speaker and still do all my videos in English.
I already got told a lot of times to stop speaking English in my videos - interestingly enough only by Germans but never by native speakers :D
So I don't mind but just try my best :) and I advise you to do the same. Just continue!

I know what you mean. I'm italian and my content is in english. It was kind of hard when I started but it's a lot easier now.
It's not perfect by any means but yo, it gets the job done.
Next week I'm moving to London so it will help me a lot to improve my english.
But yeah, just keep doing what you are doing and you'll improve.
I lost my spaghetti accent for example.
And the spaghetti english accent is terrible.
