Why is Everyone with Fullscreen?

I noticed so many people are partnered with fullscreen

what makes full screen better than say big frame?
or any of the other networks
 
A lot of people are partnered because it doesn't have requirements to join and a lot of people rush into it thinking they need it... Like me :D
 
Because it has very low standards of View:Subscriber ratio, and it is well-known.
Personally, I wouldn't partner with RPM, Fullscreen or any of the big partnerships yet as they lock you onto a contract and I hate contracts and knowing your channel is literally theirs for 2 years or more.
What's the point as well if you don't get many views everyday?

Well for one the are the #1 network at the moment, they also have one of the creators of the whole YouTube Partner Program working for them, they were the first to have a YouTube app for Glass, they have great support and lots more :P[DOUBLEPOST=1378060243,1378060198][/DOUBLEPOST]

It's the subnetworks that have low requirements not Fullscreen as a whole. As far as I know.

I still will not partner with them if they paid me too, especially with RPM+RayJ
