Why do I suck at Youtube

Well you are asking for specific feedback, so this needs to be asked in the reviews/feedback forum (moving now) :)
 
I'm not sure to be honest and others might have a different opinion but I checked out some videos and the general look of the account and to me it feels like you are trying to sell me something and aren't just there having fun to entertain me. It's a flashy banner, flashy thumbnails and monetization turned combined with a low sub number and views. Don't get me wrong, but I think some people do have this natural self defense mechanism. Let's call it "being suspicious". It doesn't mean that I'd recommend making your channel look crappy but already turning monetization off and starting to network, become friends with other YouTuber and act like your friendly neighbour in the videos might help.
