Why do I struggle for views so much and how can I fix it?

Ahh thanks a lot for your input people really good points! I'll try this 30-45 second thing!! and maybe SEO tags! p.s. I'm solely doing this on YouTube because I LOVE gaming, and I thought seeing as I play video games why not share that experience with other people :')

I've never heard that term differentiated either, but I'm pretty sure that's what they're referring to especially after BlacklightDemon mentioned AdWords.

Sorry, lol. I just think it's easier to explain differentiated and a while ago I'd never heard of Adwords or SEO tages at all. I had no idea, so that's why I differentiate. I imagine not everyone uses this, especially people like me who just started making videos.

How have you managed to double your subs? I just can't seem to be able to get views/subs coming close to a 100 videos and only 27 subs

Ahh man it just takes time and A LOT of effort, post comments. EVERYWHERE.. I mean sometimes I drop comments on the big names channels because how are we supposed to gain exposure if no one will find our videos underneath the big YouTubers videos? just COMMENT everywhere honestly, it doesn't take a lot for people to spot your channel comment and take a sneak peak and if they like it they will subscribe! just put a lot of effort in and you will get the subscribers!
