Why Can't I do this?

I Love YTtalk
So i have been trying to get my new video to upload countless times now. 1st my computer was unplugged then my internet went down. So now it's almost ready. But it was suppose to be queued video for friday. But youtube doesn't let you select that after you started uploading? Why not? I dont see why I shouldn't be allowed to.
 
because youtube is stupid. I don't understand what you mean by queued for friday are you talking about scheduling it to be published on friday?
 
Yeh, it only allows the use of scheduled uploading if you choose Private or Scheduled during upload. Not sure why either :(
 
Best thing to do is default videos to private. But once the video starts uploading in private, usually you have to wait for it to finish before you can schedule it, or at least I've found I have to. It's YouTube....lol
