Why Am i losing subs?!?

How is your upload schedule?
You should make sure to upload videos on a regular basis, or else people might just lose interest in you.
Remember to have catchy titles, and a topic of your video.

And maybe most important of all: Make sure your subscribers feel befriended by you. Don't treat them as "your fans", but your friends whom you couldn't have made it without.

I'm sure this will help you out a lot.

Other than that: Just keep doing your thing, don't give up and I'm sure that your traffic will be more balanced out in the future.
 
PDPlayGamers is totally right. Make sure you have a regular schedule so your subscribers know when to expect a new video. And interact with fans as much as possible. Answer comments. Post video replies too. That will help grow your audience! Good luck.
 
Don't worry about those few, you'll get them back with true subscribers that like your videos. Like everyone said, consistency is key!
 
somtimes people delete there acounnts (dont ask me why i never have) but i have one friend who always deletes his acounnts and makes a new one every week so my subcribers go up and down all the time!!! But i don't have as many subscribers as you, but this is just what happens to me
 
I think there is a Youtube bug, alot of youtubers say that they lose subs, but Youtube doesn't admit there that is really a bug lol
