Who is this youtube? Please

I did a search Google for image on the picture, and I was able to find a k-pop artist named Kim Hyun-a. If they're the same person, I couldn't tell you. I don't really follow k-pop, but it's the best lead you might be able to get.
 
I wanna know the context of why you want her name? How did you find out about her, without knowing her name?
The short message in the forums, leaves me with a lot of questions! But then again, it´s maybe not my business!
