I like when they talk about Day and show some footage related to it or atleast they should take shots of each spot they enjoyed and passed the day :D
Well ONLY TALKING ABOUT THE DAY will be a bit boring, but if the person is able to put emphasis to it and make it interesting then its amazing :D

Calm and relaxing, have you ever considered meditation? It probably seems weird from an outside perspective, but it can be really helpful!

I've never considered it before, but I'm willing to try anything, so I'd give it a shot.

Gotta find some place quiet though. Which probably means driving 200 miles to a forest where I can be at peace.

Only to be eaten by a bear.

Bears can be friendly! ... But don't rely on that assumption O_O
As for finding a quiet place... I find that just laying in bed with headphones and relaxing music helps. It's not so much noise that's the problem; it's distraction.
