Second one - like the colours, only thing is it reminds me of the photoshop .psd file icon

The only difference between yours and photoshop elements 11 is the letters...

is it? i only seen some, the only ones i used are photoshop cs6, lightroom, and i seen illustrastor logo and some others but i hvnt put to much attention. but then the only difference is the letters lol
