Which camera should I get?

Hey everyone I'm in the market for a new camera and I'm not really sure which one I want to buy the sort of videos I plan to make will mainly be short films and just regular in front of the camera videos. I'm not the biggest camera expert but I would like a camera that's capable of bokeh (blurry bakcground) now I know that that has to do a lot with the lens and a lot of other technical things but for instance I have the Canon S 120 before and it was really difficult to achieve this. Mainly I'm looking for a DSLR I'm just not sure which one to get my budget is right around $500 so I'm looking at the Canon t3i the Nikon d5200 and the Sony a58.
