Where to upload my mixtape?

Datpiff, soundcloud, and soundclick if you want to sell it use Vibedeck.com, and honestly, I would make a website for it, with a mediafire.com link for a download or something(Mediafire downloads do not require accounts).
This can be done simply on Wordpress.com - WIth a nice simple theme you can give people somewhere to go to get your music.
My good friend is a rapper(http://akrinim.com/), I've worked with him a lot on this kinda stuff, message me if you got any more questions. A simple website like his (which hasn't been updated in a year FAIL. lol) can be a good landing spot for your YT and Mixtape release.

Great advice has already been given but I'd add Bandcamp.com to that list. It's another good option - especially if your selling it.

one more question is it good to upload in many sites or just one predominantly

I recommend using one website, unless the websites give you promotion, otherwise, have a central location for views.
