Where do you share your video and does it help?

Sharing your video will always help as it will gain it exposure to different people. Exposure will always lead to some amount of views and if you are lucky - subscribers. In terms of where I share? I share on forums and online blogs and via Social media to relevant places. I tend to share my video to niche forums that deal with the topic of the video.
E.g For a Planetside 2 gameplay, I would post on the planetside 2 forums etc.

Noobtube is fab because you have to comment on 3 other videos in the category you want to post in before you post your own, they also have to be legitimate comments so they know you have definitely watched, this way you get views and help on your videos rather then just video dumping, you have to apply, and be a decent youtuber to get accepted though, I think I was the first member, I have seen some others from here on there now though :)

It's noobtube.org

First time I've heard of this site, thanks for the tip!

What social medias do you share your videos on if any. If you do then which and do they help at all? If not, why?

I don't believe in sharing videos and think it is a waste of time.

The key to getting massive views on youtube is getting onto the home page and into the related and suggested video algorithms. Which means you need a great vid that gets high watch time and audience retention. Coupled with optimized title and thumbnail.

I got a million view video on my tiny, second channel. It's because of those things. Clickbait title. great thumbnail. Backed up with a long video that people watched for a long time. Youtube does all the rest. If you hit their numbers they share your video for you.
