When do you get the "schedule" option?

When does a YouTuber get a "schedule" option? For scheduling the time that the video will become public.

I don't know about 30 days, one of the channels that I signed up on YouTube on Jan 15th got the schedule option today. Don't know exactly how many days, but not complaining of course

You get it when you monetize your channel (you don't have to link it to an adsense account for this to work) it's really useful I use it when I pre-record portal 2 video (I record about 8 in a sitting and schedule them for upload over the next 4 weeks)

Like others said, you get it after having your channel monetized for a time. This feature is a huge lifesaver, I had it available to me for like 5 months before one of my subscribers told me about it, and I facepalmed hard since I hadn't been using it. This thing is amazing for letting you upload at night or upload in bulk and then have the videos go live during prime viewing hours.

thats not true.. when i did one of my channel the first day i created and upload a video i got the option to scheduled it.
