When Can I Apply to be partner ?

Hello,

I have created my channel since 3/7/2013. I have been getting a lot of audiences and views. Can I apply to be partner with a network and start monetize my videos now? I heard that in order to monetize, my channel has to be at least 30 days old, is that true?

By the way, once my video is monetize, I will earn money with its current views or not? For example, one of my video have 60k views, I will earn money for that 60k or the view has to be counted again once the video is monetized?
 
No you won't earn money from the video that has 60k views and no your account does not have to be 30 days old to be able to monetize the video. Just enabled Monetization in the settings.

That's what I'm wondering, shareeee your secret! Though nice channel man! Everywhere I have applied to said account has to be 30 days old so maybe that's why?
