The video on my channel with the most views is 6 years old. I released it about the same time the tron movie was coming out and it was of me playing the tron arcade game on an emulator. It is a god awful video, the audio is out of sync and the quality is bad, but it is my most viewed. I think right now its at about 1'600 views. The only reason it isn't privated or something is because i like leaving all my videos up. It allows people to see how much I have changed over my 6 years on YouTube.
 
On the current channel I'm building, 40K views on a video that's 11 months old. It's a take-off of the "4x4Ever" Super Bowl TV commercial.

I have an older channel with a 4-year old video that has 365k views, a 5 year old one with 325k, and several others from 40k-150k views. All of them are computer/iphone related how-to type videos.

I feel the same way. I just got lucky on one video. The rest is under 100. But I still feel great about it.
