Because I Don't Want to use Windows Movie Maker. To
Edit Text into Videos I Want To be Able To Editing Sounds into my video

Sony Vegas, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere...
It doesn't really matter all too much on the software, just what you do with it. You can still create amazing videos on WMM, or iMovie.

Yup. The videos I have of myself are editted through Movie Maker but complex ones like with my friends where there are two videos and two audios I use Adobe Premiere Pro.

You won't find any good ones for free. Try Cyberlink Powerdirector. I think its under $100.

Maybe Lightworks? But I've read that it has a very steep learning curve.

I do think WMM is your best bet, for now at least.

Learning curve to Lightworks really isn't that steep. It doesn't take very long to figure out how to use it.
