What's the appeal of gaming channels?

I'm confused. You talk about gaming channels and then about Call of Duty? What does Call of Duty have to do with gaming?

But to add to the discussion, there are many gaming channels I do not enjoy, I'd say I enjoy the minority, those who bring something new to the table. For example Lilikoi Juice plays CoD but her voice, personality and approach are appealing.

I like watching your videos as well. It's so out of the ordinary but entertaining! Mind you that I have not much interest in most of your games itself but I can and want to watch it because of your personality and what you say--otherwise called, your mesmerizing trance.

Yes! Gaming channels are not necessarily all about the games itself... I see channels, regardless of content, as an overall experience, and not something I just watch.

But I vil never turn mortal, it is fictionally impossible.

And, NO, no... That's not what I meant, haha. I don't play a lot of indie games personally and I am scared of scary games (Doom).

I concur, traditionally niche games such as fighting games coming back is an exciting idea. Injustice contributed to this as well I think, as many people have said it's MK reskinned with DC characters. Since DC is much more well known, it could contribute to a societal resurgence :O
 
Heyyy I dont play just call of duty, actually I dont even have call of duty on my channel!
 
The thing is, most people think that people will enjoy them just playing video games the way they normally do. But if you want to be entertaining you basically have to act.

However I don't tend to like Niches because if people only subscribe to watch that if you decide to change up your content no-one will watch it likely and people just ask for whatever your niche is. Thats why I mix it up with popular games and games which are not as popular (such as indie titles.)
