What's difficult about being a Youtuber?

The hardest part about being a Youtuber is putting your all into a project and watching the whole world move on without giving a damn.

Rendering. I know that sounds funny but let me explain. Some of my videos can take up two to two and one half hours to render. Since I use my computer almost constantly, I find rendering to be a bit hard. You see I cant do anything else on my computer while I render...at least I dont think I can (not very computer savy). So depending on how often I record, and I upload 4- 5 times a week sometimes more, rendering takes up alot of my online time. So I can spend two and a half to four hours a day just rendering.

The next hardest thing I find is 'getting myself out there' as its known. Ive never been a big one for social media, so getting my videos seen and known about is a bit tough at times. I dont want to come across as egotistical, so Im not sure what to say when I post stuff on social media sites.

Not procrastinating, seriously. I want to film my videos but somehow I still put it off for hours :')

I'll start. For me it's staying faithful to my schedule. I have to say that balancing a full time job and trying to upload at least once a week can sometimes be a challenge (kudos to those of you who upload daily)

Kind of same for me! At the beginning stages, keeping up with a schedule can be hard! Especially when you're not getting many views at the start and aren't very motivated...Being a student as well and keeping up with the homework and boring readings...and also an external social life XD

Another one for me is thinking up content constantly and deciding when would be a good time to film such a topic, especially when I think said topic would be even more effective once I gain a large following...

IDK maybe start doing Sequels and Reboots once I get a bigger budget, crew, and audience? lol

I would say making videos from content that I recorded but then getting the material is also hard at times but it's worth it in the end but the other thing is building the audience along with SEO.

For me, I think the hardest part has been not getting discouraged and continuing to make videos even though my channel isn't growing as fast as I'd hoped.
