Whats A Good Video Editing Software To Use?

Nelly89

Nelly Here,Creator Of Parodys & Reaction Videos :)
Orginally ive been using power director pro 9.
Now dont get me wrong, Pdr is a good software to use f0r starters, but i want to try something new,
i am having issues in uploading my videos in HQ, i do have a video camcorder that i can record in HD but when i go to Pdr i upload it in HQ but then it comes out as widescreen, i believe there is a setting i can switch to, i did switch the setting to a normal video size, but for some strange reason it still uploads at Widescreen, and that frustrates me because i have to wait for my video to render, and the rendering and processesing takes a long time to load,

i guess i just got impatient and frustrated with the program that i decided heck, screw this, im officaly going to upload my videos from my camera phone, but then i dont get that HQ option,

i guess my question is, does it even matter if we vloggers/reactioners, whatever the heck i am, i still dont even know.....

anyways does it even matter if we upload in HD????

or shall i keep making my videos with my camera phone.
because honestly i am a vlgoger but ive stopped vloggin cause i notice i dont get good views so im trying a new path and just creating reaction videos...

anyhoo would appreciate some feedback :)

If you have a mac I highly recommend Final Cut Pro, depending on how many email accounts you have you can get lots of trials, like if you have 3 emails you can get like a 90 day trial

I say go with Sony Vegas Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
i apologise for not replying back right away to most of you, i posted this before my shift started,
but anyhoo mmk, is sony vegas suppose to be good and easy to use?[DOUBLEPOST=1385068698,1385068671][/DOUBLEPOST]
I am using the AVS Video Editor/Converter and its really good.
does it upload your videos in HQ tho?[DOUBLEPOST=1385068738][/DOUBLEPOST]
Sony vegas is my go to video editor.
how is that? its pretty easy and understanding to use?[DOUBLEPOST=1385068773][/DOUBLEPOST]
I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro for over a year now and am pretty happy with it.
i havent even heared of that, is it pretty easy to use?[DOUBLEPOST=1385068807][/DOUBLEPOST]
I've been using Sony Vegas pretty much all my Youtube life and it's done well for me. I tried Adobe Premiere once and couldn't understand it.
ahh ok, so you would say sony vegas is better than adobe premiere?[DOUBLEPOST=1385068885][/DOUBLEPOST]

I feel like sony vegas is very user friendly. For people who aren't as familiar with video editing it is one of the easiest to use, while still being able to perform complicated video effects. There are better editors, but unless you're going to do edits like freddiew, sony vegas will do whatever you need and then some.
