What software did you use to edit your 1st video?

First video I ever made was an AMV with WMM baaack in the day.
Took me like 2 bloody months and I still have no clue why I did that to myself.
 
Just moving this to the Video Editing, Recording Software and Hardware section of the forum. I believe my first few videos (which were lyric videos and are terrible) were done on Movie Maker.....my dad gave me his computer and I finally got Premiere Elements lol.
 
Surprisingly it was After Effects CS4. Been using After Effects ever since for just about any video/photo editing purposes.

Obviously I will use Premiere if I'm editing just simple put together lets plays but that's just about it.
 
My first video editor was a Vegas editor by Sonic Foundry before Sony bought Vegas. It was a good editor and it did have lots of tracks. It also did green screen. Later I started using Magix, which also had multiple tracks and chroma key. I now use Magix 2013 Pro which is about $50. It does a lot with video and audio. If you use it it is hard to learn everything. It also fails to render green screen properly at times. After a few tries it works fine and it does do a lot of audio effects as well as video.
