What program do you use to make thumbnails ?

Just curious about other programs besides Sony Vegas that can make cool looking thumbnails .

I use a program called pixelmator. It's almost like a more beginner friendly photoshop. While maybe not having some of the really advanced tools, it goes above and beyond for just making thumbnails. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's mac only or not

Your very welcome . I used to use GIMP a lot in high school so I learned a few thing .

It might.. Like when using the pen tool in Photoshop just to crop out a certain part?
