What motivates you?

I motivate me, my passion for doing it sort of wiggles its way out :') and the fact I don't wanna let people down because that would suck, super badly for me.

That's good that you have a for base of friends that drive you to create better content motivation is important in all aspects of life
 
I've said this in a previous forum post, but saying that "I'm not motivated to make videos" is usually surface level thinking. There's almost always (if not always) a deeper reason as to why you're not feeling motivated. For example, here were some reasons why I'd feel un-motivated to make videos when I first started:

1) I felt uncomfortable in front of the camera

2) I was afraid of what others would think of my videos

3) I dreaded editing the video after I finished shooting

So my question to you would be: why do you feel unmotivated? Once you can figure that out, then you can really start to work through the un-motivation.

I was always afraid of what people would say about my videos and how my voice sounded in videos but it got to a point where i said 'you know what, screw it, im doing this for me. i dont care what others think' - and its working :)

That's awesome!! :) And btw, congrats to being halfway to your goal of 100 subs :D
 
People liking my videos motivates me. Even if it's just one person.

And the ultimate goal of becoming a decent respected youtuber, keeps me on the right track
