What microphone do you recommend?

At the moment I am just using my turtle beaches but I want to upgrade to something better like a Blue Yeti or Snowball but i'm not sure what mic is best. So what mic do you use and is it good quality and practical?

I use Snowball. It's amazing. It has -10dB option that's perfect for commentaries.

I use a 3$ mic from a Chinese site, gets the job done!

Yeti is better, but the snowball is cheap for how good it is, just look at any of my videos to see the quality of it

It depends upon what its going to be used for - commentaries, interviews, etc
I use an Audio Technica ATR-3550 lapel mic and think its great!

XLR interface + Shure SM58 = win.
