What Makes People Subscribe?

Be entertaining and create engaging content.
Politely mention that if they enjoyed your video, feel free to subscribe.
Don't beg or make it about yourself. Don't say, I need more subs. Make it about the viewers experience.
 
Unique content, good quality, showing some confidence if you make commentary's. Noone likes a person who umms and arrss. If your content is good it will get spread around a little bit and then evolve from there. If your content doesn't really stand out it, unfortunately is will be just like everyone else.

If you're talking about your channel, I think your overall presentation could use improvement. First impression count and your channel does not work in your favor. Try to utilize custom thumbs, improve your banner, and make your titles better and more appealing.

i think ppl pay attention to content first then quality. if you crack them up they'll come back, otherwise not,

What would make YOU subscribe to YOURSELF is one of the best questions to ask. Straight up.
