You know what makes me mad? When people complain about people who do YouTube for money, but make amazing content that entertains people.

Edit: By the way, if you're going to get p****d at someone, at least look into what happened first.

That's the point, there is no payment plan, he took the 10k back and is refusing to return it hence the reason it's going to court. The court will be the ones to rule out a payment plan.

There's a lot more to it but people like keemstar have just been giving small parts of the story out. For instance this kid has a £6,000 a month allowance and comes from a really wealthy family and made the chargeback just to spend the money again. The kid is actually a spoilt brat who needs to be taught that being rich doesn't allow you to break the law.

Sad thing is he could probably hire lawyers that could get him out of it because rich ppl just do what they want anyway.
