What is your view to sub ratio?

That's a really weird way to gauge the ratio, total would be 60.73 views:1 sub. But lately my videos have been 1:1 if not higher, I'm 100% sure that's not all my subs watching though and are from shares outside youtube.

182 to 1. Meaning that we're picking up a ton of subs without getting a boost in views. We used to be at 235 to 1.

I guess we have to lick more walls to get more views

Yeah I had nearly 2000 views and over 150 subscribers, I didn't like my channel or my videos, so I'm starting again
