What is the best?

Hey guys, I want to know what is the best recording device around? The 3 recording devices I wish to compare are: HD PVR 2, Elagto Game Capture or Roxio HD. When comparing this I saw differences such as price, components, size, HD recording etc etc. But what I want to know is what one is the best? This is in the UK, but price in america or other countries will probably be the same, So can you suggest the best one? Comment below telling me which one is best but remember take price and other factures into consideration. Thanks

For programs fraps and bandicam for console recording i belive ELGATO is the best

I think the Roxio is, it gives you the most bang for your buck. It is also almost as equally nice as the famous Elgato.
