What file type is fastest to upload

Your file type doesn't really have anything to do with your upload speeds.

If you want faster uploads, you'll have to get better internet.

That, and bit rate, but anything under 3MBPs with most formats will look horrible.

When I upload videos it takes about 10 hours, I recently got movavi suite so i can convert videos. Wondering what to convert to.

.mp4 is the best formal to make the file size smaller without losing too much quality. I know how you feel with the internet, mine is painfully slow as well and the internet providers here are all absolutely rubbish.

I personally don't think you should go for quickest upload, instead what you should do is get the H.264 codec if you do not have it. What this does is allows you to render in .mp4, after you get that, I would change the bitrate to 240 mbps to maintain a high quality.

If you hate the upload times to YouTube, just find a time like going to sleep, then start uploading your videos while setting them to private. Just make them public whenever you choose to release them, learning patience for uploading your videos can pay off in the long run.

Your upload times truly depend on your internet connection. Processing time on the other hand is the file. As this is where YouTube will convert it to be played. They recommend the following encodings:
Container: .mp4
Audio Codec: AAC-LC
Video Codec: H.264
You can find more information under youtube > help > upload videos > Upload instructions and settings > Advanced encoding settings
