and how does one become one? I was wondering how you are notified if you are and what all is included with that?

You have to apply to become a partner with websites such as Fullscreen.net. These partners replace your adsense with their own revenues. You get several partner only tools, such as the top YouTube banner, and thumbnails.

yeah he basically covered it^^ the way you get notified id by email, if they say we have sent an invite to you, it will be on the dashboard
