So Now Since You Know What I Use , What Do You Use ? What DSLR Do You Thing Is The Best?

1. After effects (EVERYTHING)
2. Canon something, and Red(4k resolution), its for my upcoming skits.

Exact same as you but with a 50mm and 40mm lense.
But for editing I use Premiere Pro, you're subscribed to the CC thing, why on earth aren't you using it?!?!

And please, don't capitalise every word in a sentence :P[DOUBLEPOST=1386219632,1386219458][/DOUBLEPOST]

Oh boy have fun learning the workflow! Remember, 4K is edited via proxy files, very rarely raw.

I use Canon EOS 600D with the standard Canon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II and long shot with Canon EF 75-300 mm F/4.0-5.6 III USM Lens. I edit all my videos entirely with Sony Vegas Pro 12.

Canon T3i with 18-55mm lens for everything
Premiere Pro CC and Final Cut Pro X for video editing
Photoshop CC for thumbnails and sometimes graphics!

I have been using a Nikon Coolpix S6500 point and shoot camera which has done a good job, but I ordered a Canon T5i/700D 18-55mm lens and 50mm f1.8 lens which should be coming in tomorrow to improve the quality of my videos and have more control over my videos. I edit with Camtasia Studio 8.

We don't use DSLRs for anything but taking pics. We use Sony HDR PJ710v camcorders for most of our videos. They have much better image stabilization than any DSLR and a very good sensor. We also shoot at YouTube Space, where we shoot with a Canon C300, Canon C100, (Standard lens kit at YouTube Space is the Canon 24-70/2.8 and the 70-200/2.8) Phantom Miro and starting next week, the Red. We've also messed around with the Canon XF 305 camcorders that they have there.

Most of easy editing is done with Vegas Pro 12. The more complicated stuff is done on Premiere CS6.

I have a 600D, and am wanting to get that live feature where you can connect your camera up to your laptop.. Cause that looks pretty intense.
