What do YOU use to record gameplay?

I'm using HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition with ArcSoft Showbiz program that came with it. The Quality looks great, I would recommend this or The original HD PVR to any Beginner.

Thanks, I figured out why I was getting such frame rate issues, so I guess i'll continue to use fraps. I was recording to my own hard drive which was making it lag, so I got an external hard drive, it squashed the frame rate problem. Thanks though! :D
