I'll just go through some basics.
- Use the same font in Logo and channel art
- Improve the lighting in your trailer
- Adjust your thumbnails to match the banner design. The goal is that users already know who created the video just from looking at the thumbnail.
- Don't use the same thumbnail for each video in a series. Show what's catchy about that particular episode.

Ok thanks I will take those into consideration! and I had someone make my banner for me so I don't know what the font it to make my logo like it :/
