What camera is the best for me. I have 500€. And I want it to have this flip screen.
Any suggestions?

yeah your best bet would be a canon 700D, or if you cant find one for 500 then the 600D might be for you

I got a Canon 550D with some filters, stands, lenses, but you might wanna look for a camera with a external mic input to increase your audio. Where are you going to use your camera for if I may ask?
You can buy a D3200 which is way below your budget. But I think you would like to buy some lenses, filters or whatever in the future..

I'm gonna use it inside and outside for vlogs, short films....

I think a digital camera is easier when you are vlogging. But sure, DSLR'r are the best for (almost) everything you want and more. Make sure you don't only buy the camera but a kitlens too though. That's a rookie mistake
