What am I doing wrong?

Hey guys, I'm just asking for feedback on what I'm doing wrong.

The channel is there, but I don't get what I'm doing wrong. From February to now, my daily views went from 500 to 200 and I only have 37k views compared to 392 subs. What kind of a ratio is that? I can see that means that a lot of people who see the content like it, but the low view count just says that not enough people are seeing it. What do I do :(
 
You will always have more views than subscribers. I have 318 subscribers, and 39.5k views. It's normal. Views fluctuate all the time. From what it looks like, your most viewed video got a lot of traffic, and now it's starting to slow down. People have most likely lost interest in the mod and have moved on to something different.

i have the opposite. 156000 views but only 166 subs. (most time a get a sub every 1000 views). i dont like that. most of the people see me (every day) dont sub me, cause they cant i think, dosnt have a account or so.

Is your quality the best you can make it? This forum is actually a good way to gain traffic to your videos in my opinion buy posting more frequently you can buy a vip pass and have a video in your signature and then even use more of youtube's features like invideo programming and like if you do a series like make video responses and i hope i helped you a bit. I am optimizing my channel as well to be better and better:)Try your best:)
 
That's true, but the new videos aren't getting many views.

The lastest videos can get just about more than 10 views and about 4-6 comments, most of the 4-6 being along the lines of "good job" or "nice vid", but if it is good then I don't know why there are just 10 views.

Within the last 2 weeks you only have 2 videos less than 30 views. One posted about a day ago. The rest have 60+ views lol. Maybe make your thumbnails a bit different from eachother. They all look the same, and if I was looking through my feed it would look like a video you posted a month ago, rather than today. I'm not sure if that's it, but that's what I can think of.

I agree! and i had to learn my lesson from rushing myself and even sometimes prepare you a script and make sure to:) always remember quality is 100 times better than quantity.

I have cut down to a video a week, and I still get the same amount of views as I did with 2 a week :D so much more worth it!
 
work on your quality of video. Something you were doing was attracting more viewers go through your times you upload and then different ways
