What Am I Doing Wrong?

So I currently have 4 channels however 2 have not been uploaded on as I am tweeking things for those channel so I wont go on about those yet.

So I have two channels I do upload on my Vlog channel OriginalNex TV and my Nerd culture (Nerdology) channel... But I am getting haters from a discriminating youtube who has dissed disabled people and so on and his viewers are down thumbing every single video I upload.

SO my question is WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? AND HOW WOULD I REALLY KNOW IM DOING SOMETHING WRONG WHEN I DONT GET SUBSCRIBERS ANY MORE AND NO ONE LEAVES PROPER FEED BACK AND JUST THUMBS DOWN!!!????

• Edit your videos some more - for example not all of them have music + you can add some pictures about the topic of your video.
• Definitely DON'T try to be "young" - on your videos I saw that you're really encouraging people to "leave a like", "subscribe"... With mixing it with a lack of any professionality, that makes people laugh at you. At your age, you should be yourself, treat videomaking and your series as more important and serious, "likes" and "subs" can wait until the end of the video.

Make a new channel (deleting the older one isn't necessary), start over again and try to be more mature.

PS. Don't get me wrong. What I mean is today's YouTube is treating better only good quality content and maturity. And that definitely doesn't mean that your videos are bad and pathetic, but they really can be better.
