In terms of SEO you should write a meaningful description that contains the keywords you want to rank for plus their synonyms in full sentences. Furthermore start your titles with a catchy phrase.
Your videos are in principle not bad but still have room for improvement. Add a teaser before the intro. Use a facecam. It's one of the few things gamers can do to show personality.

I also had thousands of views years ago but I never stopped making videos. The view drop is happening to all of us. Simply because YouTube is stuffed with new 300 hours of videowatch every second or something similar that point out the extreme of YouTube.
So stopping and start from scratch is like start from zero. Your audience has moved on to new content long time ago.
You would need to update your entire channel to today's standards when it comes to tagging and keywords. Then throw yourself out there and interact
Show others that you are alive and present by visiting channels with similar content as you to find a new audience!
