Weird youtube features

Ok I have to ask. I wanted to add some annotations and I got a blue message saying
"You want to enable extern links annotations?" So I clicked enabled, but I can't see those anywhere. How can I add external links? Also I now have a new tab on my videos called questions, what's that about? When I click it it says video unavailable.

the question one is simple to understand in my opinion, you get to ask question in your video so that you get to learn more about your viewers. i never used it but i've read about it

lol idk why, youtube does some many s***s that is no surprise half of it doesnt work

Would be nice so when they click the twitter button in screen they actaully go to my twitter page


Anyone that does use the question thing? It looks like a good idea. Shame I can't test it.
