Weird Subscriber Counts

Ok, just about a week ago I was at 69 subs, and then it went down to 66 in just 3 days, and after a few days it was up to 70 subs. Is this a youtube problem because I checked my Subscriber list and there were no new subs. And I do know that Youtube refreshes your sub count a few days but this has been way past that....

Sometimes people subscribe and unsubscribe, also, sometimes when people subscribe, it causes a duplicate subscription, which youtube removes within a few days. The subscriber list can take up to 5 days to update, You currently have 68 subs from what I can see. I don't think its a YouTube problem.
