Webcam Camcorder DSLR Facecam?

Hey!
I am in need of a webcam of sorts for a live stream and a really good one comes out to be $100 or so. I was wondering if you guys would recommend getting a webcam or a camera of equal price because it's overall better? I can see the benefits of having a camcorder for vlogs and such over just a webcam.

I'll just be mostly using it for facecams in video or live streams. Suggested cameras must have software or ability to manually adjust exposure, aperture, brightness and etc (can make a cheap camera look amazing)

Also I really don't want to go above $100 unless $200 gets me everything I've ever dreamed of, but we can all dream right?

If you are looking for a great webcam I've even seen used as a security cam I'd have to recomend this one hands down!

Yeah that's the one I've been looking at about $65 do you know if the software allows you to manually adjust its settings?

yeah, just get a nice webcam, most, if not all, DSLR's cant record for longer than 10-15 minutes.
