Did you click the "Submit" button on the page with their Terms & Conditions? If so, you signed the contact!

Again just saying,haven't accepted the contract yet,just accepted the invitation.
 
What I'm thinking is that the terms & conditions (aka. the contract!) were probably attached in the invitation email and therefore, the contract is signed by accepting the invitation :P
 
i think the agreement is the contract. If you agreed with the agreement you proceed to step number 4 and you receive an email Welcome to the RPM Network. They will look at your channel and if you are accepted they will email you again with a CMS invitation. I think you are already lock with them.

Don't worry i think RPM is a good network, all you have to do now is focus on growing your channel
 
Don't feel so bad about it.:D It's not all about the money. And when you grow SIGNIFICANTLY. You might get promoted to TheGameStation with larger revenue and higher cut. It's not all about the money dood.
