Want to gain views? Use Reddit!

Hi guys, have you ever wanted to gain more views on your videos? Well, Reddit is the best way i have found to gaining views on YouTube. I recently posted a H1Z1 video on my channel and i also posted it on the Official H1Z1 Sub-Reddit and within 2 days it had about 200 views (My usual video views in 2 days is around 20-30).

This method might not get you subscribers but it will get you views.
The reason Reddit is a good place to submit your videos onto is because loads of people view it and when you post something on a Sub-Reddit you tend to be on the first few pages because it works with votes - The first few pages are filled with higher voted posts and after about 5 pages it is negative voted posts.

Reddit is quite frightening when you see it for the first time but after a while you will get used to it and it isn't really that hard to use!

@Jaguar550 It does depend on how popular the Sub-Reddit you post on is at the time. For example, the H1Z1 Sub-Reddit had 7,000 users on when i posted my video.
 
I love reddit. It's confusing at first but you get used to it after awhile. You can subscribe to various reddits/subbredits and they'll appear on your dashboard. If you dump videos in reddit make sure you find a subbreddit that works or people will rage at you. I know for vloggers there is r/vlog/ and r/vlogging but they tend to have very few people actively there. There's also a /r/videos one though that has no theme. It's just for youtube videos so I guess anything can go in there. But it's so large and active it's possible for new stuff to get buried in there. Look up random subbreddits related to your channels if you want more specific things.

@GamingHappens Hmm... I got no hate when i posted on there... Or any dislikes on the video either. Quite the opposite actually. I think it depends on the content you are posting - If it's a discussion people tend to like it on Reddit but Let's Play's aren't very well liked.
