Vlog and Content

Hey, YouTube superstars!
I have a serious question for all of you. If you do main video content should you create a second channel for vlog content? I don't have a big viewer base yet but want to grow however I put in a lot of effort into the main videos I make and they take much longer to produce and post. So I like to post my vlogs and my adventures on my main channel as well. I don't vlog every day and try and do maybe like a vlog or two every main video. Do you guys think it is necessary to have a second channel to separate my content or is it okay to leave it all in one place?

I personally prefer to have a separate channel but honestly I think its whatever works for you. Some like to do everything on one channel and some don't. So it's whatever works best for you

When you're small, I personally think it's best to keep everything in one channel so you don't split your viewer base. You can also separate the different styles of videos via playlists so that the content people wanna see is easily accessible. Hope this helps

I just made it the theme of my channel that I do everything. I tried super early on (when I had maybe 16 subs, not saying I've grown a ton, I'm only at 28 still), I made the mistake of trying to separate everything, and it was a mess.

Since I've made it the theme of my channel, I don't have any reason to separate these things in the future. Just add on, if I ever really want to. Maybe you could do that, as well?
