Everything is important. If you have tons of subs but no views means you probably sub4subbed. If you have tons of views and subs but no comments or likes it could give impression that you botted your channel.

I think comments are the most important. It shows that the viewer at least properly viewed the video, left an impression on them and gave them something to say about it. Even if its just 100% hate towards me. I love to read them. Sadly I don't get that many :P

All of them are important in their own way but if you are asking from a business stand point views are most important because views are what brings you money. Subs, comments, like don't earn you any money however they help raise your cpm if you set up your channel correctly. Subs are nice because it helps raise your views so you can make money. But all in all the rest of them are there to help raise your views.

This isn't technically true. Yes it can be the case but it can also not be the case. Take my old channel "MikeKhukuriTV" for instance. It had 11k subs but if I upload a video it gets abotu a 100 views. This is because I switched the format of my channel and started doing vlogs instead of my sketches. So I lost all my fan base even though they remained subscribed and then at the same point let's say on my new channel I upload a video of my cat randomly and it gets a million views because it goes viral. If it doesn't belong on my channel and is just a random video that goes viral people won't subscribe they will watch it and only that because that isn't the theme of your channel.

Hope this makes sense.
