Views Relation to Subs

Hey there beauties
I have a question for you.
I'm so grateful for having 854 subscribers. I truly started taking my channel seriously since august, and since then gained 100-150 subs.
The issue is, I don't get a lot of views from subs. I have few who regularly comments and see videos,
but from some reason the average view count per vid is about 100. I might be wrong thinking it would be more,
I honestly don't know if it's "normal" or "makes sense".
I know you all understand this stuff even better than me. So... I'll be more than glad to hear you thoughts.

It's usually normal for a channel to get about 1/4 the amount of views than they have subs.

We actually get more views than subs. Then again, we only have 6 subscribers

I get over 100 in a couple of days but thats about it and I have 500+ subscribers, its how it happens, some people only watch sometimes, sometimes the video doesn't interest them or they simply subbed because at the time they thought they'd watch and they just don't? Sucks but as you grow, so will your view count

Do you mean you lose 1 sub per day? And everyone has more views than subs overall. It's just for each individual video it's normal to get less views than we have subs.

yes i have lost 96+ subs total , idk how to get installed ,

Yeah a video I made a couple of days ago actually has over 500 views. What's weird is I only have 29 subs lol doesn't make sense to me.
