Videos Uploading at Strange Qualities

I've Got It
Hi all. I recently started uploading videos and I am planning on uploading quite frequently and hopefully my videos will get better and better over time. One strange thing I have noticed is that after processing my videos They come out on YT at higher qualities. I've uploaded several videos that I recorded with 720p specs but when they are uploaded and processed they are 1080p. One video I uploaded that should be 480p at best is showing 1440p! I didn't even know that high existed lol. If anyone knows what might be causing this let me know. I record using Fraps and then I compress with Handbrake with specs for 720p and then I make the video in PowerDirector.

Handbrake has been causing problems lately. Reinstall it. Should fix the problem.

Ok I'll try that. Another thing I figured I might as well ask - I asked this on the PowerDirector site but they didn't know what was causing it, they just said to reinstall and update drivers and what not but none of that worked. When PowerDirector renders sometimes an error occurs that's saying the system cache is full. I have checked this and it's quite far from full at any point while rendering. This error is not a fatal one, simply clicking ok allows the program to restart the segment it was rendering when the error happened but its still quite annoying when it happens every few minutes and a video can take 2 hours to complete.
