Video won't monetize?

Hey, I've uploaded a new video today and I chose to get it monetize but the little yellow mark will not appear and neither do the add. Also I rendered the video at 1080p HD and it only shows 720p HD. The video is fully processed. I know YouTube had some problem these days and I wanna know if is there anyone else who is having the same problem.
 
If it still doesn't work, you should try to re-upload :) Good luck and I hope it works for you!

Hey, i use royalty free music and I have a link in the description with a screenshot where the artist allows youtubers to use their song and monetize videos.

Anyway, it's all good now... i just needed to wait a few hours.
