Video Editor Question - Please Help

I am a newbie here, and I hope this is the right forum. I am having a problem with the Youtube video editor. I've never had an issue before. Here is the situation: I have uploaded a video 3 times in the past few days and, like always, no problems with upload. When I click on it it says, "Youtube has detected ways to improve your video" which is normal. I always ACCEPT the enhancements because it improves the cropping and the image(s) just look better. Normally after I do this it will say "Edit in progress" across thumbnail when I go to Video Manager for maybe 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Then, it goes away and I click on it again and see the enhancements, and I always click on "Yeah, keep it." This latest video will not finish processing. Like I said I've uploaded it 3 times (last time was last night around 6 PM, so about 19 hours ago and it still says "Edit in progress" on thumbnail.
Is anyone else having this problem? Should I just keep waiting and it will eventually finish? I don't get what's going on - Same type of video as always so I don't know if I should keep deleting and re-uploading, or just keep waiting. Do the Youtube suggested enhancements ever take this long? It's not like I went into the enhancements feature to make the changes myself, just accepting Youtube's suggestions, as always.
I am positive I'm not doing anything wrong myself, so any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Danny

YouTube's Enhancements are usually crap, and sometimes it detects problems that aren't even there, I suggest if you have any cropping issues or alike, to sort it out in your Video editor. 
But to answer your question: It can take a while, took 2 days for one of my videos on a previous channel.

Wow, like I said it's never taken more than 2 or 3 hours for me, so that's why I thought maybe YT was having an "unusual" issue that I just did not know about. My vids look fine on my editor (Movie Maker), but when I get them on YT the images do not fill up the entire screen. After YT's suggested enhancements, they do. And it always looks better.

I'd recommend learning how to do this by yourself. You can save time and have more control over the work.
YouTube has been updating frequently. I'm sure it was just a glitch. If you have to use the YouTube editor I recommend waiting a bit and then maybe if it continues to work you should simply do it again.

Thanks I'm not so sure it's a glitch because I've uploaded it 3 times and 3rd time is now going on 24 hours, and still "edit in progress." I did a different one about 3 hours ago and it's still processing as well. However, I suppose a glitch is possible though it doesn't seem temporary in nature as it's been going on for several days. I think you are probably correct about my needing to learn how to do it for myself, as something seems to have changed with YT, at least for me. Thanks again!
